To provide professional service and secure high-quality glass for your vehicle, a deposit is required for scheduled appointments.To reserve your appointment time and secure vehicle-specific glass (especially for luxury and specialty vehicles), a deposit may be required for scheduled services. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and part availability and are applied to your final invoice.Deposits may be required to secure parts and confirm your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of the deposit due to parts ordering and reserved travel time.This policy protects scheduling and parts procurement.
